The West Richmond Pavilion will be like a mini community centre in Hugh Boyd Community Park, with public washrooms, dedicated areas for soccer teams and other user groups, open public spaces for watching games and rentable rooms for events and programming. Passive House, Rick Hansen Gold Certified, and supportive of the City of Richmond’s circular economy goals, the WRP has just begun construction.
